Premiere update

Richard Lomas was in Nottingham yesterday.
The first Premiere decker that I have seen in service. It is on Red1 to Bingham.

Mercedes Citaro on service X9 to Loughborough.

This Enviro on tendered service 64 has a bicycle rack on the back.

I have seen reports that Red2 to Cotgrave is to be withdrawn on 23rd July.

A much smarter decker at Broadmarsh on service Red5 to Long Eaton and Sawley. This service is to be extended to Friar Lane from 25th July (perhaps taking up Red2's parking slots?).

  1. I think the 64 is commercial. Usually Premiere indicate when a service is tendered on their timetable, but nothing to indicate on the 64 timetable that it is tendered, despite saying the 63 is.

Furthermore the service is called 'premiere 64' on the website homepage, rather than '64' - premiere usually only use a prefix for commercial routes.

Keep up the good work with the blog
