Scottish Government Invests £2m in 25 New Buses

Following the decision by the Scottish Government to invest £2 in a further round of Green Bus Funding it has now been announced that Lothian Buses will add 20 new buses to their fleet. Stagecoach Bluebird will order three green buses from its share of the investment.
Dumfries-based transport partnership SWestrans is buying its first Green Bus through the fund, as is Edinburgh-based Secure Airparks.
