London Bus Contracts

The latest awards have recently been announced by Transport for London as follows:

101     (Gallions Reach & Wanstead Station) Awarded to Go-Ahead Blue Triangle using existing fleet Euro-V diesel double-decks. Currently operated by Stagecoach East London with ADL double-decks from Barking (BK) Garage (contract commences 4th March 2017).


167     (Ilford High Road & Debden Station) Awarded to Stagecoach East London with new Euro-VI diesel single-decks. Currently operated by Go-Ahead Blue Triangle with Dennis Dart single-decks from River Road barking (RR) Garage (11th March 2017).
238/N (Stratford & Barking Station) Retained by Stagecoach East London using existing fleet Euro-V diesel double-decks (4th March 2017).
360     (Elephant & Castle & Royal Albert Hall) Retained by Go-Ahead London Central with new full electric single-decks which will be delivered by October 2017. Until then the route will continue to be operated by the current fleet of Wright Electrocity hybrid single-decks (The new contract will commence from 21st January 2017).



362     (Grange Hill Station & Goodmayes) Awarded to Stagecoach East London with new Euro-VI diesel single-decks. Currently operated by Go-Ahead Blue Triangle with ADL single-decks from River Road Barking (RR) Garage (11th March 2017).
379     (Chingford Station & Yardley Lane Estate) Awarded to Go-Ahead London General with diesel single-decks type to be confirmed. Currently operated by Arriva London North with ADL single-decks from Enfield (E) Garage (11th March 2017).
397     (Crooked Billet & Debden Station) Awarded to CT Plus with new Euro-VI diesel single-decks. Currently operated by Arriva London North with ADL single-decks from Edmonton (EC) Garage (11th March 2017).
462     (Hainault & Ilford High Road) Awarded to Stagecoach East London with new Euro VI diesel single-decks. Currently operated by Go-Ahead Blue Triangle with Wright single-decks from River Road Barking (RR) Garage (25th March 2017).
549     (South Woodford Station & Loughton Station) Awarded to Stagecoach East London with new Euro-VI diesel single-decks. Currently operated by Go-Ahead Docklands Buses with ADL and Dennis single-decks from Silvertown (SI) Garage (11th March 2017).
667     (Ilford High Road & West Hatch School, schooldays-only) Retained by Go-Ahead Blue Triangle using existing fleet Euro-IV diesel double-decks (11th March 2017).
677     New route (Ilford & Debden Broadway, schooldays-only) Awarded to Stagecoach East London using existing fleet Euro-V diesel double-decks (11th March 2017).
678     (Beckton & Stratford, schooldays-only) Awarded to Stagecoach East London using existing fleet Euro-V diesel double-decks (1st April 2017).
R1      (Green Street Green & St.Paul's Cray) Retained by Go-Ahead Metrobus using existing fleet Euro-V diesel single-decks (1st April 2017).
R2      (Petts Wood Station & Biggin Hill Valley, Mon-Sat) Retained by Go-Ahead Metrobus with single-decks yet to be confirmed (1st April 2017).
R3      (Princess Royal University Hospital & Chelsfield Village) Retained by Go-Ahead Metrobus using existing fleet Euro-V diesel single-decks (1st April 2017).


R4      (Princess Royal University Hospital & Pauls Cray Hill) Retained by Go-Ahead Metrobus with single-decks yet to be confirmed (1st April 2017).
R6      (Orpington Station & St.Mary Cray Station) Retained by Go-Ahead Metrobus with single-decks yet to be confirmed (1st April 2017).
R8      (Orpington Station & Biggin Hill, Mon-Sat) Retained by Go-Ahead Metrobus with new Euro-VI diesel single-decks (1st April 2017).
R11    (Green Street Green & Sidcup) Retained by Go-Ahead Metrobus with single-decks yet to be confirmed (1st April 2017).
