Coventry and East Birmingham

Ken Jones has sent us more West Midlands pictures, the first set is from Coventry.

Ken advises us that his year sees a centenary celebration of buses in Coventry, based around ex CCT Sandy Lane Garage / Transport Museum storage site with buses connecting to the Coventry Transport Museum. The date is Saturday 12th May with many vintage buses from Coventry present. The museum's reserve collection based in Sandy Lane will also be open.

Moving on to East Birmingham, the following pictures were taken at the intersection of the Tyburn Road and Chester Road, near Pype Hayes Park.

 Some vehicles carry the National Express West Midlands logos, others don't. See above and below.

 Travel West Midlands wording is carried by some of the Scania OmniLinks, whereas some just carry a fleet number as shown above and below
