Stagecoach Transfers Vehicles to Cover for Olympics

The bus scene in Newcastle upon Tyne has suddenly become more varied following the transfer of vehicles from other Stagecoach operations. Stagecoach North East is sending a large number of their Enviro 400 vehicles to London for work on various duties and has drafted in replacement buses from as far away as Yorkshire and Scotland to provide cover.

Transferred from the Yorkshire fleet is Scania YN60 ADO 15691. This bus normally offers free wifi to passengers

From Scotland is Trident SF53 BZH A Stagecoach Western vehicle numbered 18001 in the Stagecoach fleet
From over the Scottish border is MAN 18.240 SF08 GPJ

15716 from the Stagecoach Sheffield fleet is a Scania with Enviro 400 bodywork
Scania YN60 CKO 15717 from the Yorkshire fleet overtakes locally registered 19193 in the centre of Newcastle
More pictures of the loan vehicles will follow in due course.
