Tees Valley Problems?

Rumours are circulating that Tees Valley Coach Travel have ceased trading. Local timetable information states that "Owing to the collapse of the operator" various routes are withdrawn from Friday 21st December. here (scroll down)
The Tees Valley website states that "Tees Valley Coach Travel would like to inform its customers of problems we are having with our phone lines and emails. We have just moved premises and are waiting for new lines to be fitted.
We are committed to providing a service and despite what rumours are circulating we are still very much able to continue. All Service buses are running as normal so please don't worry."
The company have operated a number of bus services in the Middlesbrough area using a wide selection of vehicle types.
The Tees Valley website here states "Tees Valley was incorporated in 2005 with a few thousand pounds and one coach, today we have approximately 27 buses and coaches and growing all the time"

 This ex Stagecoach North East Olympian seen recently in the red livery of Tees Valley Stagecarriage. 
 Some bus operations were more recently being operated under the Tees Valley Stagecarriage brand, utilising red livery.
It is not clear whether the Stagecarriage operations are currently affected by the situation at Tees Valley Coaches
