Swiss Railways have withdrawn on board ticket sales from their trains and as a result have a lot of disgruntled customers. Petty rules are being imposed on customers who are finding out-of-order ticket machines at stations. Ticket inspectors who possess no common sense are issuing high fines with no discretion or consideration being shown.

four minutes after the train left the station, meaning that the ticket was technically bought on the train - and that is not allowed.
