Completion of Acquisition by Stagecoach

Completion of acquisition of bus operations in North Manchester

Further to its announcement by Stagecoach plc on 7 November 2012, that Greater Manchester Buses South Ltd, a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of Stagecoach, was buying the bus business and assets of private operator Bluebird in North Manchester, Stagecoach have now confirmed the acquisition has been completed.

This follows the decision by the Office of Fair Trading not to refer the sale.
