For those that are suffering from insomnia maybe you would like to plough through the report by the OFT, regarding the Stagecoach take over of Bluebird Buses of Middleton Manchester.

 An ex Bluebird vehicle, MX57 KXR still in Bluebird livery but now with Stagecoach decals and fleet number

The take over was finally cleared and the deal has gone through, securing employment for the staff involved and improving bus services for the passengers affected.

Also shown below is one of the ex First vehicles also taken over recently, following the deal by Stagecoach to acquire the First operation in Wigan.
