The buses represent an investment of nearly £1 million. The vehicles were unveiled at an event at The Forum on Thursday, December 4th.

The vehicles will all run on the green line (services 14/14A, 15/15A) which runs from Wymondham to Wroxham via Norwich.

The StreetLites come equipped with Wifi, leather seats, wide entrance doors, a high proportion of low floor seating and an advanced heating and air ventilation system, all making for an improved passenger experience. All the new buses are powered by Euro 5 Cummins engines, which are proven to deliver exceptional performance and the environmental benefits of low noise and low emissions. This is further enhanced by the Micro-Hybrid technology on board which means each vehicle qualifies for Low Carbon Emission.

David Squire, Managing Director of First Eastern Counties, said: "Our investment in these vehicles reflects our aim to further improve services in the area and provide a superior customer experience. Im sure these new buses will be welcomed by our customers and encourage even more people to take advantage of the great value, high quality bus service we have in the area.'
