Transport for London is conducting a series of trials on route 63, which involve new, high-specification buses, new types of customer information and changes to the overall customer experience.
This is part of Transport for London (TfL)'s bus 'Customer Action Plan', whereby it selects certain routes to test different ideas to improve the service it provides.
